Depends on how long it takes to actually do the case study interview. The write up itself is fairly straightforward once you have a structure.

We have turned around a few in 2-3 weeks. What we did was to draft a case study with CS teams, refine it and share with customers/or walk them through it on a call, get live edits and ship it. Not the best way to do it, but is fast. And customers like it since it is less of an overhead for them.

Depends on how quickly your product gives tangible results + TA (MSME, Enterprise, SMBs, etc.). Our highest to-date has been 3/quarter. We approach our enterprise clientele after 2/3 quarters from date of onboarding, enough time to build customer champions + a few weeks for legal and marketing approval.

6-8 weeks, IMO across 5 companies. These are for existing customer who are already successful with the product. For new ones, it's way longer.
