Looks like a very targeted attack. Not sure what's behind the scenes story.

We use Shopify and most of the issues mentioned by Dukaan don't resonate with our experience so far. Not sure if this just a marketing ploy

Dukaan’s expanding globally and they've always been upfront about how they're better than shopify. Didn't surprise me at all.

Can’t really be a marketing ploy with so many data points with real-time case studies involved.
