It's been an struggling wednesday so far, your help might make it better 😛 I have two emails from two separate domains, let's say - abc.com and xyz.com abc.com is my primary email and the other one is an alias to abc.com. open rates on xyz.com are very very low. I got one reply out of 100 emails sent - receiver mentioned that email was lying in their spam folder. I checked lemlist support to see if we can do a wam up of an alias. They replied saying that alias is just a mirror to my primary email address. Hence primary email and alias are equally warmed up by default. Why do i doubt the above explanation? Our campaigns from the primary domain are working well. Any learnings here will help a lot! Thanks

ghapla karoge tho ghapla hi milega 😐
how can you have email alias across domains 😕
a
Alias as in, is it a sub-domain to abc.com? If it's completely seperate domain, then you might have to do all things like warm-up, dns check n all. Also, more than reply, check delivery rate, open- rate. It will give better idea on the actual problem. If the delivery rate is low, it could be problem of domain. If open-rate is low, it could be due to subject line. Email going into SPAM box etc. multiple reasons!

@Aayush Gupta no, it's altogether a new domain we are checking open rate itself. how can i check delivery rate?
@Niranjan Bala boss ghapla nhi hai, this is a general practice. Aliases help to manage one inbox for all emails.

Check within Lemlist itself.
They provide the delivery rate, which basically tells how many got delivered (incase there are bounces or for some reason they are not going through)

ok, i wasn't aware about this being available in the lemlist. Let me check, thanks for the help
