Hey all! Has anyone set up/tracked conversions from mobile? Context: So, we are actually receiving good traffic from Mobile and we are thinking about implementing a Mobile CTA button. There is no benchmark or case study around this. Any idea on this pls folks!

No..no.. So, we were deep diving into where our highest traffic comes from by device category and compared to desktop, we are having higher users via mobile. We do have a desktop version of book demo option. But, trying to experiment something like this for our mobile as well to amplify leads from there. Hence trying to look at any benchmark or experiments around this. Or how to specifically track conversion from mobile cta like this!

In GA4 you can get lot of data related to devices, resolution of devices etc. you can make an estimate of the kind of users who are coming to the website...

After the GA4 data has been filtered and you get the device wise data, set up an AB test... Give the data 15 days minimum to arrive at winners, this is best way if industry benchmarks are not available. You can use AI to build a hypothetical CTA and test results based on competitor info.
