Has anyone used Brevo primarily for email marketing?
This is the requirement we have, 1. 250K emails per month 2. 10 senders 3. 5+ user logins 4. Integrations Availability a. Zoho - Automations, extract contacts basis products [REF] ✅ b. Apollo - Auto enrich at a frequency (Must check) c. Mailfloss - To validate and remove bounces [REF] ✅ d. Mixpanel - Action based emails [REF] ✅ 5. WhatsApp + SMS optionality[REF] ✅ 6. Emails based on user timezone 7. DMs on Slack 8. Auto responsive emails as per device List Segmentation / Tags - Product, Newsletter, Community etc [REF] Not sure about 6,7,8. Hence would love to hear your experience.
We were primarily using Mailchimp for emails & customer.io for Slack DMs - thinking of using Brevo to replace both Mailchimp & customer.io

You can do all these with a simple Zapier Automation, not aware about Mailfloss Also Brevo does not have a feature to dunamically send emails based upon time zones…Apollo has that feature I would be concerned more about maintaining reputation for sending 250K emails every month with just 10 inboxes… Even more so when sending newsletters/product promotions type emails from Brevo

Thank you, Samyak. I'm not sure of 250K emails + 10 senders, this I must confirm. 1. Zapier for Zoho, Apollo & Mixpanel, you mean? a. The idea was that we can send specific emails for leads, deals etc on Zoho / Ability to segment basis product, place tags etc 2. Interesting to know Brevo doesn't send emails based on time zones and Apollo does 🙂 3. Any idea about Slack DMs Overall, would you recommend Brevo over Mailchimp?

Would any day recommend Brevo over Mailchimp

Anything particular that made you say this apart from cost. Would be of great help if you could share your experience.

Brevo used to be sendinblue before. Had the best servers when I ran outbound / cold emails. I would recommend going with atleast 25 inboxes so you get 10K messages a month which would mean < 500 emails a day. Still too high IMO, but if your business demands it then so be it

I second to @Sid
