you cant do business emails check - you can only do the reverse block the free domains

hubsot has a big list of free domains - i guess that is publicly available

There's a paid tool - <http://clearout.io|clearout.io> which validates the email id in real-time while submitting the form

I'm not familiar with WordPress, we use webflow where we've embedded a custom code to not accept common personal email domains like Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc. Let me know if you need, I can share the code.
