Hey been looking at Apollo dot io and have learnt a few things. Your list needs to be very very clean to get you a low spam rate. It’s less about the tool
And more about a clean list and having a warmed up domain and email. Sending attachments or having too many images or wild formatting will set off spam alerts. You need many lookalike domains that need to be warmed up. Not a good idea to send emails from a new domain till thirty days. Then simulate human like email activity from the email accounts. Send it to your friends family colleagues. Let them open the emails and click on links and reply. All these signals will factor into your spam rate. Apollo calculates your deliverability score. You want a good one, low bounce rate low spam rate. Just something’s I’ve learnt recently but still haven’t mastered the art of sending thousands of emails every week or day and having them opened or clicked at. It’s work in progress
