Why don’t you build a list of all the employees and upload it as a custom audience? If I am understanding it right, this should work better. @Raveesh Motlani

Check if Audience Expansion or LinkedIn Network is enabled

@Ishan Manchanda I wanted to understand if there's a bug in LinkedIn or am I missing something. Adding a custom audience is my backup plan, if a solution isn't found soon. @Sid - those are disabled.

@Raveesh Motlani Well the LinkedIn audience size and other estimates are generally inflated. And generally it could end up showing ads to profiles related to OpenAI but not really working there.

this is rather odd, i haven’t seen this kind of discrepancy before — i’d suggest checking in with LinkedIn support to see what they have to say about it

The LinkedIn audience size also includes people who are not relevant to the campaign. Faced this many times. I Prefer to use custom audiences.
