open rates dont really mean much honestly. with the information you have given it is hard to pinpoint the exact problem. it can be anywhere from your industry to your positioning to your brand to your value prop/messaging. i'm taking a giant leap and assuming that your open rates signify that you're reaching out to the right audience and are able to capture their interest. so they resonate with the pain point but are not willing to book a demo call. which can mean 2 things: • wrong timing • not enough incentive wrong timing can mean you're reaching to prospects at a time they're not in the market to buy your solution or they are not ready yet in their buying journey (please dont confuse it with timing of sending your email). what can you do here? dont pitch call booking. pitch something lightweight, like watch a webinar or download a whitepaper. not enough incentive means your value prop is not strong enough for them to take action. you can offer them a discount if they book a call via that email or you can offer them a free starbucks card to attend the demo.

Messaging and call-to-action. Add a link or so, to see if they are clicking on it or not. It will tell you if the content is engaging enough or not. If they are clicking and still not booking, then the CTA can be weak. Try adding a calendly link. Give them clear instructions to take action. For example, I have tried 'If you are interested, just reply with 'yes'. And when they used to reply with yes, I used to send a call invite for the exact same time for next day. Was able to increase calls drastically. All the best.

What level of personalization are you doing? While relevance is the most obvious thing, personalization usually results in the replies. Happy to chat more on your specifics.
