Nothing you can do to control the drop off. 60 to 70% is good. May be add a call workflow in between.

Is there something that can be done post meeting to get few folks back to the meeting? Also, when should I stop following up post no show. Right now, I do 2-3 followups depending on how warm the initial email conversation was.

There will always be some no shows. However 40% sounds too high especially with targeted outbound when the buyers have shown interest Maybe in inbound one can expect higher no-show rate since many leads are junk or unqualified
Have you tried giving them a call 2-3 hours before the meeting to confirm if they are still up for the meet?
p
Don't capture/ask for their phone numbers.

Limit your calendly booking period to max 7 days. Many lose interest over weeks or their priorities may change

^ for this, mostly happens within 2-3 days span. like most folks book meeting for T+2 days mostly.

I would think at 60%, folks not showing up is some sort of auto filtering. The folks having a need is 60% and the rest dont feel the need You can take two paths from here Ruthless filtering: Add more filtering options earlier, so only the higher intent folks sign up and thus they only show up Nurturing: Let the 40% drop-off continue but you engage them through other forms (content or meet-up or value add etc.)

@Sid is bang on. 60% isn't too bad. You'll absolutely need a call confirmation <=3 hours (and /or 30 min) if you want higher show up ratio. In your space - HR Tech for SMBs, these numbers are solid. You really need to get the rest of the funnel right. Demo to closure is what needs more focus.
