The suggestion on the message basically is do Account-based approach for Outbound motion. Which is correct. However adding entire TAM at their disposal is very poor coz economics of supply demand kickin where reps give their least to each account when they are flush with accounts to choose from. I hope they are proposing to put guardrails on account assignment and clear rules of engagement.
