What's the compensation range? 26 - 30 lpa What do you envision the role will do in the first year? 1) Take over the existing paid marketing operation and own the channel. 2) Set up direction for Paid and SEO channels. 3) Work with the content marketing manager and the Marketing Director to set up the marketing roadmap. 4) Lead the marketing team for one of the portfolio products. What will the role be measured on? North Star Metric: Number of Product Signups Responsibilities: 1) Own, manage and optimize our paid channels: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Review Sites, etc. 2) Measure, report and analyze data (as needed) from Google Ads, Google Analytics, FB Ads, and other tools. 3) Support SEO optimization initiatives in collaboration with the product team and content team. 4) Support go-to market operations and design initiatives as requested. 5) Support the Marketing Director in any other marketing initiatives for the business. 6) Represent the Relay team and maintain a positive, empathetic tone with customers. Requirements: 1) 5+ years experience in self-service B2B SaaS marketing. 2) Demonstrated proficiency with multiple channels of paid marketing – Google & Facebook Ads primarily. 3) Experience with a range of B2B SaaS Marketing channels - Mainly Paid & SEO. 4) Familiarity with B2B SaaS Marketing funnel metrics, and can speak to supporting moving the needle in terms of lead generation.
