I’ve used both zapier for realtime and hubspot native integration for historical.
There are too many complications, and very few use cases

1. Advanced/Custom Reporting especially when data needs to be merged from multiple data streams
2. Dashboard Building etc.
3. Showing data to 3P without giving them access to HS
