01/24/2023, 8:43 PMHey, they do the pricing, not me… their tactic is just sneaky. Onboard clients on 5M and then reduce to 1M and hold your client at gun point to upgrade. I’m sorry they should have a grandparent clause. You go and try that with your clients see how it ends.
