Hi! Rudderstack and GDPR. I have a website sidetriptours.com where we sell bus tours. We’d like to send upsell emails and other marketing emails via Klaviyo that is integrated through Rudderstack. What is Rudderstack’s GDPR policy? Is it GDPR compliant to send customer data from our website to Rudderstack and from there to Klaviyo?

That is not upto Rudderstack but should be defined in your own Sign up Terms+Privacy Policy

@quiet-pencil-88313 It’s compliant as a processor of your customer data. RudderStack doesn’t store your data anywhere.
