package to use the

Braze Swift SDK

version (instead of using the old

Appboy-ios-sdk

) ? The Appboy-ios-sdk is not maintained anymore by the Braze team and there are features that are only available on

Braze Swift SDK

.

Thank you @kind-carpenter-27609. In the meantime, there’s a way to bypass this issue, is to set the integration Rudderestack-braze using the cloud mode. Doing so, rudderstack sdk wouldn’t have to install the old appboy-ios-sdk. However, I cannot disable the device mode of the Rudderstack-braze connexion in my dashboard because I’ve reached the 1M event limit. Any chance I could have access to the dashboard for a specific time to do the testing ? cc @bitter-mouse-72233

Hey @stale-furniture-60415, Let me see if i can do this for you, Can you confirm again that the only thing you want to do is to change the Braze Connection from Device Mode to Cloud Mode right ?

@stale-furniture-60415 Can you share the email associated with this account. The 1M event limit is per month and as you have maxed out now, most likely it will happen again. We won’t be able to unblock you every month, any plan to handle this ?
