Hi guys, The self-hosted control plan (config-generator) does not support flutter. Is there any way to manage this in self-hosted or any export configuration option in the cloud ? Thanks.

Hey There! 👋 Your message has been received by the RudderStack team. We will forward this request to your Technical Account Manager, and they will get back to you shortly. Please use the thread for any additional comments.
We are not supporting config-generator at the moment. I would suggest you to use RudderStack hosted control plane.

The problem is in RudderStack cloud we do not have access to our private(No Internet) zone services.
q
can you elaborate your use case?

We implemented RudderStack open-source both DATA-PLANE and CONTROL-PLANE. One of the input sources is Flutter with is currently does not supported bby config-generator. The destination is out private message broker (Kafka) which we can not connect to over the Internet if we use the RudderStack cloud. Now we are trying to find a way that add Flutter as our source input.

Hi Behzad, there are 2 parts of RudderStack cloud - data plane and control plane. For your use-case, you can use cloud control plane and self hosted data plane. 1. Create an open source account at app.rudderstack.com. 2. Create flutter source and kafka destination in the UI. 3. Configure the data plane to fetch the pipeline configuration from the cloud control plane by setting the config backend url

Adding to Shashank's response - make sure to choose "open source" while signing on cloud control plane. Or you can use this direct link to signup for open-source account - https://app.rudderstack.com/signup?type=opensource
