In the dashboard, open the voice selection dropdown menu and click "Add custom voice" . This allows you to add voices from the ElevenLabs community .

When configuring your agent via the API, you can specify the voice using the voice ID and select the appropriate voice model [(2) ](<https://docs.retellai.com/api-references/create-agent>) . The available ElevenLabs voice models include `eleven_flash_v2`, `eleven_flash_v2_5`, `eleven_multilingual_v2`, and `eleven_v3` .
