@AI Evy I don't know how this is even possible, but after sending the link it reads out the transition condition "The caller says they do not need anything else, thanks the agent, or indicates the conversation is finished." which is absolutely weird

Thanks for tagging me @Alexander. I'll look through relevant sources and get back to you shortly.
### Answer The agent reading out the transition condition text is definitely not expected behavior. Transition conditions are internal logic that determines when the agent moves between nodes — they should never be spoken to the caller [(1) ]() [(2) ]() . Here are the most likely causes: 1. Transition condition text leaked into node instruction Check if the transition condition text accidentally got copied into your node's instruction field. The agent speaks whatever is in the instruction, so if that text appears there, it will read it out [(2) ]() . 2. Dynamic variable containing the condition Verify that no dynamic variable (like
{{some_variable}}
) contains this transition condition text and is being referenced in a node instruction [(1) ]() . 3. "Speak During Execution" misconfiguration If you have "Speak During Execution" enabled on a function node, code node, or similar, check that the prompt or static text there doesn't contain the transition condition [(3) ]() [(4) ]() . Debugging steps: 1. Open the conversation flow builder and locate the node where this happens 2. Click on the node and review the instruction field — ensure it only contains what the agent should say 3. Check all edges/transitions from that node — the condition should only be in the transition condition field, not in any instruction 4. Review any dynamic variables being used in that node's instruction If you've confirmed none of these apply, please share your call ID so the issue can be investigated
further, as this would be unusual behavior.
