@AI Evy for conversational flow agent, if its outbound calls, how can i make the user say something first before the ai agent does?
a
Thanks for tagging me @moody. I'll look through relevant sources and get back to you shortly.
### Answer For a conversational flow agent on outbound calls, you can configure the agent to wait for the user to speak first by setting the conversation initiation to User-First [(1) ]() . In your agent configuration, you have two options : - **User-First**: Agent waits for user input - **Agent-First**: Agent initiates the conversation Select User-First in the basic settings of your agent to make the user speak before the AI agent does .

Feel free to tag @AI Evy with additional questions. I also appreciate feedback, it helps me improve.

@AI Evy where can i find agent configuration inside CONVERSATIONAL FLOW agent? NOT single prompt agent
a
Thanks for the follow-up, @moody. I'll get back to you soon.
### Answer For a Conversation Flow agent, you can find the "who speaks first" configuration by clicking on the
begin
icon [(1) ]() . This allows you to select whether the user or agent speaks first in the call . Additionally, to access global settings for your Conversation Flow agent, click on the empty canvas and then click "setting" to access global settings . This is where you configure agent-level settings including voice, language, LLM, and other parameters .
