Thanks for tagging me @neerajjoshi_. I'll look through relevant sources and get back to you shortly.
### Answer Yes, your Retell AI agent can access website content when users request information. You can use the Knowledge Base feature to scrape webpages and make that information available to your agent. [(1) ]() The Knowledge Base supports three methods, including "Scrape from Webpages" where you upload your website's sitemaps. You can select auto-sync every 24 hours or manually sync anytime. When you equip your agent with a Knowledge Base, it will be charged an additional $0.005 per minute for using the Knowledge Base. Every workspace includes 10 free knowledge bases, with additional knowledge bases charged at $8/month. You can configure the Knowledge Base by setting
knowledge_base_ids
in your agent configuration. [(2) ]()

### Answer No, the agent cannot dynamically scrape or check a website in real-time just from a URL in the prompt. [(1) ]() The agent can only access information that's either: - Pre-loaded into a Knowledge Base (which scrapes and stores the content) - Explicitly written in the prompt itself [(2) ]() [(3) ]() If you want the agent to access website content when users ask questions, you need to use the Knowledge Base feature to scrape and store that content beforehand. ### Answer Each business should have its own separate knowledge base if they have different information. [(1) ]() You can create multiple knowledge bases and link the appropriate one(s) to each agent. An agent can have more than one knowledge base linked to it. Each workspace includes 10 free knowledge bases, with additional knowledge bases charged at $8/month. [(1) ]() [(2) ]() You can create multiple knowledge bases to overcome the individual knowledge base limits (500 URLs, 25 files, 50 text snippets per knowledge base) . [(1) ]() This way, each business gets accurate, relevant information from its own knowledge base without mixing content from different businesses.
