You don’t need to put down someone else’s work to promote yourself. A better approach would be to explain what you can improve or do differently without assuming the setup was bad from the start.

Before you start testing using phone calls, you are supposed to do majority of your tests on the dashboard by doing web calls and text Text will allow you know how the agent respond and the transcription accuracy while web call will let you know if the voice is human like enough and how the call conversation will go… You can tell me your availability and we can both schedule a call
