@AI Evy any way to configure go back to global node so that it will skip user response?

Thanks for tagging me @Bobster2002. I'll look through relevant sources and get back to you shortly.

### Answer Yes, you can configure a global node to return to the previous node and skip the agent's response. Enable the Go back to previous node option in your global node settings [(1) ]() . Once enabled, define a Go Back Condition that specifies when the agent should navigate back . The go back conditions support both prompt-based and equation-based conditions, and you can add multiple conditions and reorder them . When the go back condition is met, the conversation will return to where it left off after the global node is handled .

Thanks for the follow-up, @Bobster2002. I'll get back to you soon.

### Answer Correct—there is currently no "Skip Response" option available for global nodes when using the "Go back to previous node" feature [(1) ]() . The "Skip Response" setting is only available on regular conversation nodes [(2) ]() . When enabled on a conversation node, it allows the agent to finish speaking and then automatically transition to the next node without waiting for user input . However, this specific setting is not mentioned in the global node documentation [(1) ]() . For global nodes, the "Go back to previous node" feature returns the conversation to where it left off after the global node is handled, based on your defined "Go Back Condition" . The transition happens when the condition is met, but there's no built-in option to skip waiting for user response during that return transition.
