Based on the available information, Retell AI currently does not support ElevenLabs' default original voices [(1) ]() .
You can use community voices from the ElevenLabs Voice Library at . In the Retell AI dashboard, when you select ElevenLabs as your voice provider, you can choose from available voices and add custom voices from the community library [(2) ]() .
However, default ElevenLabs voices like "Jessica" (ID: cgSgspJ2msm6clMCkdW9) are not currently supported and cannot be whitelisted at this time [(1) ]() .
