When using Agent Transfer (Agent Swap) , webhook configuration follows specific behavior. The webhook settings from your first agent (the entry point) will be used throughout the entire call, even after transferring to subsequent agents [(1) ]() [(2) ]() .
Specifically, the following settings of the first agent are maintained throughout the call :
- optInSignedUrl
- optOutSensitiveDataStorage
- webHookUrl
This means you configure the webhook URL in your entry point agent's settings, not in the Agent Transfer configuration itself. The webhook URL you set on the first agent will handle all webhook events for the entire call flow, including events from the transferred agents .
All other settings like language, voice, and voiceModel will reflect the currently active agent after transfer .
