### Answer Yes, you can duplicate an agent using the API. The approach is to retrieve the existing agent's configuration and then create a new agent with that data [(1) ]() [(2) ]() . For standard agents: Use the
/get-agent/{agent_id}
endpoint to retrieve the agent configuration, then use
/create-agent
with the retrieved data to create a duplicate [(3) ]() [(1) ]() . For conversation flow agents: The process involves two steps [(2) ]() [(4) ]() : 1. First, create the conversation flow using
/create-conversation-flow
- this returns a
conversation_flow_id
[(5) ]() [(4) ]() 2. Then create the agent using
/create-agent
and attach the
conversation_flow_id
as the response engine [(2) ]() [(4) ]() When cloning a conversation flow agent to another workspace, you can use
/get-agent/{agent_id}
to get the basic agent details including the
conversation_flow_id
, then create a new agent in the target workspace using
/create-agent
with the
response_engine.conversation_flow_id
,
response_engine.type
, and
voice_id
from the original agent [(2) ]() .
