Thanks for tagging me @Alex. I'll look through relevant sources and get back to you shortly.
Feel free to tag @AI Evy with additional questions. I also appreciate feedback, it helps me improve.
### Answer The
call_successful
variable is determined by a customizable prompt that you define in your agent's Post-Call Data Extraction section [(1) ]() . You can customize the prompt that evaluates whether a call or chat was successful, allowing you to define your own success criteria . In the agent configuration, you can set the
analysis_successful_prompt
field [(2) ]() . For example, the default prompt might be: "The agent finished the task and the call was complete without being cutoff" . After a call ends, the
call_successful
boolean field appears in the
call_analysis
object [(3) ]() [(4) ]() . The analysis uses the prompt you configured to evaluate the conversation transcript and determine if the call met your success criteria [(1) ]() . You can update this prompt at any time in your agent's latest draft version, then rerun the post-call analysis to regenerate the
call_successful
value based on your new criteria .
