Dear Retell AI Support Team, I hope you are doing well. I am currently trying to complete my KYC verification, but it is repeatedly failing. Thats why i can do outbound call.when i use vapii nothing this much happen.I attempted the verification using both my PAN card and Aadhaar card then driving license , but the system is not accepting them and the verification process does not complete successfully. To help resolve this issue, I am attaching clear images of my Aadhaar card and PAN card with this email for your reference.
