Hey team, for agencies, if I use one workspace per client under the same Retell login, is concurrency fully isolated per workspace, or still shared across the parent account? Trying to understand whether workspace-per-client is enough, or if separate accounts per client is the safer structure. @AI Evy

### Answer Concurrency is fully isolated per workspace. [(1) ]() [(2) ]() Each workspace gets its own independent concurrency limit—Pay-As-You-Go users receive 20 concurrent calls per workspace. [(3) ]() For agencies, the workspace-per-client structure gives you: - Independent concurrency allocation (20 concurrent calls per workspace) [(3) ]() [(4) ]() - Ability to add client access controls in the future if needed [(4) ]() - Clean separation between clients This means if you create separate workspaces for each client under the same Retell login, each workspace operates with its own concurrency pool—they don't share or compete for the same concurrent call capacity. [(1) ]() [(2) ]() The workspace-per-client approach is sufficient for concurrency isolation. You don't need separate accounts per client unless you have other organizational or billing requirements. [(4) ]()
