Credit Card #s are collected via DTMF Capture /Secure Channel, then tokenized and sent to payment processor (Stripe for example). Retell's agents can never see or hear the credit card #s.This entire process is called via SIP. We are building an orchestration layer to provide PCI compliant payment processing, while mid-call.
