Not sure what could be causing this, but I’m seeing that our org has certain agents that cannot be selected when filtering by agent. 

We have had multiple folks in/out of these agents all day. I suspect that may be part of the issue?

A max of 30 versions can be selected so, if an agent has more than 30 versions it can't be selected as a whole. But you will still be able to select versions individually
