@AI Evy  Hi, inbound calls to my Telnyx SIP trunk number +6560349218 ring but the agent never picks up. Calls don't appear in my Retell call history. Outbound calls also fail with 'telephony provider permission denied'. My Org ID is org_lNN1VzjeqdJuoiWw. Can you check my SIP routing?
