Hey Retell team! One of my engineers was reporting that he's not getting the chat_started webhook that we expect when a new chat begins. We are getting the chat_ended and the chat_analyzed webhooks though. I provided the screenshots he gave me. I was wondering if this is a known issue? Hi, then how come your documentation says you do support chat_started per my screenshot in https://docs.retellai.com/features/webhook-overview, and we can check or uncheck call_started as a webhook event on our chat agent. But, here you confirm that you do not support the event..
