@AI Evy why is the agent when testing saying dates in a US format when the Global prompt states it is {{current_time_Europe/London}}. So instead of saying tomorrow is 4th March 2026 it is saying April 3rd 2026.

### Answer The
{{current_time_Europe/London}}
variable provides the current time in the specified timezone, but it outputs a specific format like "Thursday, March 28, 2024 at 11:46:04 PM AEDT" (using the Australia/Sydney example) . [(1) ]() The issue you're experiencing is likely related to how the LLM interprets and reformats the date when speaking, not the dynamic variable itself. The variable provides the correct timezone-adjusted time, but the agent (powered by the LLM) may default to US date formatting (MM/DD/YYYY) when verbalizing dates. To fix this, add explicit instructions in your Global Prompt telling the agent how to format dates when speaking. For example:
Copy code
When stating dates, always use the UK/European format: day month year (e.g., "4th March 2026", not "March 4th, 2026") .
This is a prompt-level behavior issue rather than a dynamic variable issue—the LLM needs explicit guidance on date formatting preferences for spoken output.
