### Answer --- Yes, a single Conversation Node can handle multi-turn conversations, including asking follow-up questions based on the user's answer. [(1) ]() The agent can have a multi-turn conversation inside a single node—you don't necessarily need to create a new Conversation Node for every sentence the agent needs to say. How to set it up: - Use the Prompt instruction type (not Static Sentence) so the agent can dynamically generate responses and follow-up questions based on what the user says. - Write your prompt to instruct the agent to ask the first question, then follow up with a second question depending on the user's response. Example prompt:
Ask the user for their preferred appointment date. Once they provide it, ask them what time works best for them.
When to split into separate nodes: It's recommended to split into separate nodes when there's a logic split (e.g., different paths based on answers) or when the instruction gets too long. So for simple sequential follow-up questions, one node with a well-written prompt works. For branching logic (different follow-ups depending on specific answers) , use separate nodes connected by edges with transition conditions. [(2) ]()
