Ive tried my license multiple times and it wont work

A few quick things to check:

Make sure the name on your license matches exactly what you used to sign up
Ensure your ID photo is clear  no glare or blur
If you have a passport, try that instead  it tends to work better

If it still fails, just email support@retellai.com with your account email and ask for a manual KYC review they can bypass Persona and verify you directly.
