My chat agent has a setting of "end_chat_after_silence_ms": 1800000

Chat agent ID: agent_511361de624d356f9b418c8432

Which means they should end after 30 minutes. But if a user closes the browser or window, the chat session is ongoing even after 2 days. Is this a bug and when will the chat session end?

I have reported this to the internal team.
