We need true multilingual speech-to-text with automatic language detection.
The current Deepgram configuration is not transcribing Turkish correctly.
This is required for a German / English / Turkish restaurant deployment.
Is this possible?

Turkish is supported by ElevenLabs, Cartesia, MiniMax, and OpenAI. German and English are supported by all providers.

I think this is not the solution. I'm struggling with the transcription of the callers words. The voice agent speaks turkish clearly and fluently.
