I am doing initial exploration for set of single prompt agents.
The "greeter" agent (agent_d001623d9af802041315a463b7) transfers to the "triage" agent (agent_3a3ff92e81df107545dba08855). I intentionally left "Speak Before Execution" unchecked/disabled, but the agent is still annoucing the transfer on the call.
I have a simple simulation test (test_job_26975cd3ddb0) that demonstrates the problem. Notice the agent says "I'll transfer you to our triage team now to assist you further".
- Agent Hello, this is from .
- User Hi—sorry, I didn’t catch your name or the agency; this is Mike Patterson.
- Tool Invocation: extract_caller_name
- Tool Result
- Agent Nice to meet you, Mike. I'm Sage, and I'll transfer you to our triage team now to assist you further.
- User Okay, thanks—go ahead.
- Tool Invocation: agent_swap

Hi @sean
To fix this, explicitly instruct in your agent's prompt something like:
Do NOT announce or mention the transfer. Simply invoke the transfer tool without saying anything about it.

Or you can send a call id where you faced this issue

what is that "Speak Before Execution" toggle supposed to do if not manage this behavior?
