Number parsing incorrect
# ❓・bug-report
a
Voice number parsing is incorrect when converting spoken numeric phrases like “double” and “triple”, resulting in an incorrect user input for further processing. Example: "double five triple zero six five one zero five" mentioned by user is being converted to 55300065105 instead of 5500065105

Not sure what model are you talking about? Is it the voice model (screenshot attached)? We are using a elevenlabs voice. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1471109767492534314/1473305038280720500/image.png?ex=6995b9bd&is=6994683d&hm=7b9ae04fbaf1e578e8e1ea1f6ebb658931b0eb885df6b39bf6c4830e48d48448&

Hi @Abhishek Tayal LLM models e.g., GPT-4.1 are selected in the Select a Language Model dropdown when configuring your agent's basic settings.

Hello @Abhishek Tayal , You are using custom llm , this issue on your side not our side , the agent picked the number correctly though the STT but your custom LLM miss understood it, and there is nothing we can do since you are using custom LLM.
a
But Retell is returning the spoken number as text and not numerals in the STT. Why is it not getting converted on Retell end?
Can you help @Omar Ashraf | Community Lead @User ?
