We are getting a lot of user disconnects when there appears to be no reason for the discconnects to happen. The user is in the middle of conversation many times. @Shehroze -Support @Retell yes, we have analyzed the call patterns, we’ve switched from another system and did not have these frequent disconnect issues. If you analyze the calls, you can see that it’s just simply disconnecting in the middle of a conversation for no reason and it’s happening repeatedly. These are valid Sales calls and we’re losing money because of this. This is an important issue. We need to know why the calls are disconnecting. There are too many for it to just be on the user network side.

@Omar Ashraf | Community Lead is that one call or did you examine others? Im sure there are instances of valid disconnects, but I think many of them are experiencing something else. If you listen to the transcripts you can hear good connections and users in a perfect call flow, then it just disconnects for seemingly no reason. Can you look at others?
