can i please get some attention on this issue, it is still not resolved for a feature that is basic - call logging. 

if this feature is working for other customers, there must be some backend setup problem on your side that is not logging calls into our hubspot account.

attached screenshot is the email correspondence with  <@605090813025976344> saying that I need to install the hubspot integration (for which i already do)

this feels like its not moving forward and has been longer then a week.
