Is it unrealistic to expect 100% accuracy in the variable data when we're having the callers spell and confirm their spelled name?
Problem: Extracted name variables are not consistent with the caller's confirmed spelling (Caller spells name "a e r i q" but variable "first_name" is stored as "e r i c")
Details:
I am trying to get 100% accuracy on name spelling within a single prompt agent call. I have tried all kinds of prompt engineering to attack this. I have even tried AI Ivy's suggestion to take the spelled back letters send to an api and for the api to echo back the complete spelled name. This seemed to improve the results, but I'm still finding accuracy issues during testing. The problem continues to be that the AI/LLM is not storing the correct spelling of the caller in the variables, even when I have instructed it to take every letter the caller has spelled to combine into a single name.
