@Omar Ashraf | Community Lead Hi, interesting, so is this just for that account because I'm not using it and free trial ended long time ago, or is it if any of our client got open invoice we get this invite error across all the accounts we manage? Because I can't invite to any account anyone?

Just to make sure the button it self doesn't work when you invite them or they get the invitation link but can't join ?

Hmmm... Interesting, yeah I can't invite, when I try, I get at the bottom corner error message that invitation failed and that email wasn't added to the workspace(no pending email). Also I created second retell account and tried to invite myself, i got the email and when I pressed on the button I was redirected to last workspace and i'm not added to the new workspace.
