@AI Evy I noticed that on all of my extract variable nodes an 'Else' has appeared but everytime I try to use it I get the error 'Edge not found.' Why did this appear all of a sudden and why cant I use it?

Thanks for tagging me @-Ace. I'll look through relevant sources and get back to you shortly.
### Answer I don't have specific documentation explaining why an "Else" option appeared on Extract Dynamic Variable nodes or why you're seeing the "Edge not found" error. However, there have been reports of similar issues with Extract Variable nodes. One community member reported that the node "allows one to create a fine-tuning example, but then cannot delete them (says error this node does not support examples) " — this was reported to the Retell team. [(1) ]() Another user reported issues where their conversation flow "broke totally" with lines between nodes breaking, and changes causing unexpected behavior when publishing. [(2) ]() This sounds like it could be a platform bug or recent update that introduced unexpected behavior. I'd recommend: 1. Reaching out to Retell support directly with your agent ID 2. Checking if the issue persists after refreshing or recreating the affected nodes Check out these potentially useful sources: - [Extract Dynamic Variable Node]() - [Logic Split Node]() (this node type is designed to have an "else" destination by default) Would you like me to try to provide a general answer about how node transitions typically work in Conversation Flow?
