@AI Evy Hello Retell AI Support Team, I have a few questions regarding sub-accounts and billing, and I’d appreciate your clarification. 1. When creating a sub-account for my client, is it possible to connect the billing directly to the client’s own payment method? For example, can I send the client a billing link so they can enter their payment details themselves, and all charges will be billed to them under their name? 2. If the main account is under my name, but the sub-account billing information is under my client’s name, would this violate any Retell AI policies? 3. Is there any risk of account suspension or other issues if multiple sub-accounts are connected to different billing names, assuming each sub-account belongs to a real client? 4. Overall, is this setup officially supported and safe to use long-term? Thank you in advance for your help. Looking forward to your response.

### Answer Here's what I can share based on the available information: 1. Connecting client billing to their own payment method: Yes, you can create a separate workspace for each client and enter the customer's billing information so they will be billed directly for usage (minutes, phone numbers, knowledge base, etc.) related to that workspace. [(1) ]() 2–4. Policy compliance and multi-billing setup: The available documentation does not explicitly address whether having different billing names across multiple workspaces violates any policies, nor does it confirm whether this setup is officially supported long-term or carries any suspension risk. What I can confirm from the Terms of Service: - You are responsible for maintaining and updating credit card information on file. [(2) ]() - You authorize Retell AI to charge the credit card at the end of the month for usage. For definitive answers on policy compliance and whether this agency/reseller model is officially supported, I recommend reaching out directly: - [Contact Sales]() - Post in the [Billing and Account Related]() forum category where the team monitors questions regularly. [(3) ]() Would you like me to provide a general answer based on common SaaS practices, or is there anything else I can help clarify from the documentation?
