I wanted to transfer the call to Human based on timer, say 120 seconds/ 2 mins. I have included this text in the prompt "Monitor the {{session_duration}} variable constantly. If {{session_duration}} > 120, you MUST immediately call transfer_call tool". But even after 2 mins, the call doesn't get transferred. please help.

Can you suggest, how to build these custom functions?

Is there any plan to implement this feature, similar to 'End Call on Silence' and 'Max Call Duration'.
