Based on the available information, there isn't a self-service option in the Retell AI UI to change or remove 2FA settings yourself. Here's what you can do:

**To change or remove your 2FA phone number:**
- Send a support ticket to **support@retellai.com** requesting the change [(1) ](<https://discord.com/channels/1186424376300679209/1349087153963139103>)
- You should receive a reply within 3-5 days 

**Alternative login method:**
- If you need to log in without the phone code, you can click "Try another method" to receive the OTP via email instead [(2) ](<https://discord.com/channels/1186424376300679209/1373036803086614678>)

Note that 2FA cannot be completely disabled for security purposes .
