Since you're using a Cartesia voice, the pronunciation dictionary with phoneme settings may not apply to your agent.

You can configure the pronunciation dictionary when creating or updating an agent like this:

```


However, this functionality is explicitly limited to English and ElevenLabs voices based on the documentation.
