The issue is on n8n , i can't see it ,but I would try to make the respond to webhook node , to js code and return it my self , and on the webhook trigger make it on the last node finishes instead of respond the webhook.

but issue isn’t just the Respond to Webhook node or the 500 error, it’s that the IF node checking call_status == "ended" is never evaluating to true, so the workflow never goes down the “true” branch
but i'm assuming this isn't a retell issue ? i just wasn't sure if it was or not

OKay I see , the recent calls , have no issue indeed , and you should have received the webhook normally
